Design Features

Nord Northwest Corporation takes pride in producing a quality product.  The construction of these units is strategically and carefully planned to ensure the quality of the finished product.

Soundproofing

Technically superior acoustic consideration has been implemented at The Ridge.  Double 2' x 6', interwoven, laced, insulated walls between homes, double wall construction along corridors and sound-wrapped plumbing drops help to insure privacy from your neighbors.

Lightweight gypsum concrete is used as an acoustical underlayment in the stratum between upper and lower living units to provide a greater degree of sound insulation and fire protection.

Energy Efficiency

Low E, thermal pane windows by Milgard allow you to enjoy the view without excessive heat/cold transfer or unnecessary fading of fabrics in your home.

Radiant floor heating in each room provides warmth without drafts, is quiet and economical.  In addition, each unit has a gas fireplace with a tile and wood mantel.  Just flip the switch for a warm and cozy feeling.
 

Interiors

Interiors are designed to take advantage of the natural light and give an open, airy feeling, as well as maximizing privacy.  Two and three bedrooms units are available, some with dens.  Other features are nine-foot ceilings, two bathrooms, two decks/patios and generous storage space throughout.  See Site and Floor Plans for details.

Your new home is ready for you to move in.  Mini blinds are provided on all windows, closets have wire shelving and there is additional storage on your private deck/patio and in the parking garage.  Master bedrooms include walk-in closets, tiled master bath showers and telephone and cable/satellite jacks.

Cable, Satellite, DSL and extra Cat 5 Wire for computer networking are installed and ready for activation.

Kitchens feature recessed lighting, granite countertops and include a basic appliance package.  Upgrades to appliances are available at an additional cost to the Buyer.  See Appliances for more details.

Quality flooring and countertop color options are available to the Buyer prior to completed construction and as scheduling allows.  See Changes to Units for more details.

Parking

Attached single-car garages in Building A have finished, insulated walls with electrical outlets.  Buildings B, C, and D have underground parking garages with two assigned parking stalls for each unit.  Additional parking is available outside.

Exteriors

Decks and patios are equipped with electrical outlets.  All units are individually metered for gas and electricity.

Landscaping at Creekside is professionally designed and installed.  An automatic irrigation system and natural plantings help to reduce maintenance costs.  A rainwater detention system is used to store excess rainwater for use in landscape irrigation.

Attractive exterior lighting provides safety and security.  The low maintenance siding comes with a lifetime guarantee.  Roofing is 15-year TPO composition.
