Changes
To
Unit
Design
options are available for your home and
must be ordered prior to completed construction.
Options to add, deduct or move electrical outlets, choice of kitchen
sink style, appliance upgrades, and choice of floor goods and
countertops from pre-selected color options are dependent on
construction timing.
Please
note that changes must be ordered before the drywall is hung in the
unit. Once a Buyer takes over the title to their new home, they may
make interior changes in accordance with the Homeowner's Association
Rules and Regulations and local building codes and requirements. © 2004
