Are pets permitted?
Yes.
Please refer to the condominium Bylaws for details.

How are units heated?
Each
unit has a gas forced air furnace.
3.
Do units accommodate gas and electric appliances?
Yes.
4.
What changes and upgrades can I have made to my unit?
Changes
and upgrades are limited to the following:

Adding, deducting or moving electrical outlets prior to drywall
installation
Ø
Choice
of kitchen sink style

Appliance upgrades
Ø
Floor
and counter material choices available from pre-selected color
options only

Note:
Changes must be ordered before the drywall is hung in the unit.
Once a Buyer takes title to their new home, they may make interior
changes in accordance with the Homeowner's Association Rules and
Regulations and local building codes and requirements.
5. Do
units include an individual security system?
Each
unit is equipped with an audio/video system to monitor the
building's front entrance, allowing you to grant or deny access to
the building. However, national security companies offer wireless
systems, which can be easily installed in your home.
6. What
are the property taxes?
Property
taxes are based on the assessed value of each home multiplied by the
set mill rate. The mill rate varies.
